SPARKLES, initially registered as DREAMWORKS, is a Special Events Shop that started operations in 1999. But due to trademark reasons, business name DREAMWORKS was changed to SPARKLES in 2005. It started as a home-based business and now has 4 branches located in Raintree Mall, SM City Cebu, Gaisano Fiesta Mall and Island City Mall - Bohol.
SPARKLES is now the biggest provider in Visayas and Mindanao for Balloons, Kiddie Parties and Special Effects. We offer the widest range in products and services from Kiddie Stuff to Weddings to Corporate decor. We are constantly up-to-date with the latest Party Innovations the market has to offer.
